Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your request.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@peezaa.shop. After receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for any items.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will include the product price and the original shipping cost. The money will be automatically returned to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@peezaa.shop.

5. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. Please email us at support@peezaa.shop within 30 days from the date you receive your order for detailed instructions. We will cover all costs associated with the exchange.
