Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

  • The product has significant deviations from its description on our website.
  • You no longer want that item.

Conditions for Ineligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items where the defect is not attributable to an oversight by Peezaa.
  • Items missing their original tags.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return and Claim a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Step 3: Await Approval and Instructions

We aim to review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Return (Store Fault)

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Peezaa will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions will be provided after approval.

Customer Responsibility (Non-Eligible Returns)

If the return does not meet our eligibility conditions, the customer will be informed of the applicable return shipping costs before proceeding. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refund Processing

Notification

You will be notified via email within 2-3 business days of receiving the return regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Refund Issuance

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

Bank Processing Time

Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 10-15 business days to post the refund to your account.

Refund Delays

  • Finality of Orders: Orders are considered final after 30 days from the delivery date. No refunds or returns will be accepted beyond this period.
  • Liability for Return Shipping: Peezaa is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping. Customers must ensure items are returned safely.

  • Currently, Peezaa does not accept exchanges.
