Refund and Returns Policy

At Peezaa, all products are made-to-order using the Print-on-Demand model. Because each item is custom produced once an order is placed, we do not accept physical returns. However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You may request a resolution within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or a free replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product is defective or incorrectly printed.
  • You received the wrong design, size, or item.
  • The package is lost in transit (based on tracking confirmation).

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordered the wrong design or size.
  • No longer want the item.

Because all items are custom made, we do not restock or resell returned products.

2. How to Start a Request

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@peezaa.shop.

For faster assistance, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the defective or damaged product, and the package if applicable.

Please do not return the product to any manufacturer, as returns are not accepted.

3. Refund or Replacement Process

After reviewing your request:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Lost or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider.
  • Contact your bank.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
All exchange-related costs are covered by us.
